What is the cancellation policy? In the event you must cancel your reservation, notice needs to be received by the leasing agent at least 45 days prior to the start date of the Rental Term in order to refund the monies deposited. However, if cancellation occurs within 45 days of the start date, a refund of the monies can only be refunded based on the leasing agents ability to find a new tenant to rent the premises during the rental term.
What is due at the time of reservation? The security deposit is required in order to confirm and hold the reservaiton. However, if the reservation start date falls within our 45 day cancellation window, the full balance is required upon making the reservation.
What credit cards do we accept? We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and we also accept personal checks as well.
Where do we pick up the keys, etc? RLP – A packet of information including keys and a map to get to the condo is available for pick up at the front desk of the Rancho Las Palmas Resort – 41000 Bob Hope Drive, Rancho Mirage, CA 92270.
MH – Keys and information can be obtained from the Mission Hills Leasing Office between 9AM – 5PM – 34600 Mission Hills Drive, Rancho Mirage, CA 92270.
How do I pick up my keys when the office is closed? Rancho Las Palmas Resort has 24 hour services at the front desk, where you can check-in anytime after 3PM, unless specified otherwise.
If you should be arriving after hours at Mission Hills, we can make the necessary arrangements by placing a lock box at the property and have the additional items inside for you.
What “amenities” are included in our condo/home upon check in? A starter set of supplies is provided for you at the property, including toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, dish soap and detergent, laundry detergent, as well as travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bar soap. Once these items are used up, it is the guests resposibility to purchase any additional items they may require during their stay.
Is daily maid service included in our rental? Daily maid service is available upon request at an additional hourly charge. For necessary arrangements, please speak with the leasing agent to schedule the requested services.
How far are the condos/houses from the Rancho Las Palmas Resort? The condos at Rancho Las Palmas are located next door to the resort in the Country Club. They can vary in distance from a 5 min. walk to a little over a mile, depending on the particular property.
The Mission Hills properties are located at Mission Hills Country Club, which is approximately 6 miles from the Rancho Las Palmas Resort.
Are golf cars available with the rental? Unfortunately, we are unable to rent golf cars because of insurance and liability issues. However, they are available for rent through local services such as Advantage Golf Cars - 760-328-2278.
Are we allowed to use Splashtopia? By leasing one of the properties in our program, you do have access to the Rancho Las Palmas Resort amenities including the pools and Splashtopia. The program is designed to make you feel as though you are a resort guest even though you are not actually staying on property.
